Del-One is proud to announce two internal promotions that reflect our ongoing commitment to our teammates and to the future we are building together. These promotions recognize teammates who have demonstrated strong leadership skills, a commitment to service excellence, and a willingness to bring new ideas forward in support of members and teammates. <\/em><\/p>\n

Horacio Garcia-Korosec was promoted to Chief Experience Officer after serving as the Vice President of Member Experience and Strategy. Horacio consistently demonstrates the ability to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline processes, and bring fresh ideas to the table. His understanding of both operational workflows and members needs continues to make meaningful impacts across the organization. In his new role, Horacio oversees the Contact Center, Business Intelligence, Member Experience, and Operational Support Departments.\u00a0 <\/em><\/p>\n

Chavonya Reddick was promoted from Assistant Vice President to Vice President of Retail Sales and Service. Chavonya works directly with the managers and branch staff at all 16 branch locations throughout Delaware, and has built a reputation for being approachable, reliable, and deeply focused on member needs. This promotion recognizes her strong member service skills, her dedication to supporting her teammates, and her commitment to going above and beyond to ensure every member has a positive experience. <\/em><\/p>\n
