Del-One Federal Credit Union and the Del-One Foundation kicked off Giving Tuesday the right way! The Foundation donated $2500 to two deserving local organizations. The Channie P. Bradley Senior Services works to “improve the morale of seniors, specifically those living in long-term care facilities by hosting and participating in special events geared toward that population.” For more information on this organization, visit www.cpbss.org. Another amazing donation recipient was People’s Place II, (www.peoplesplace2.com) which identifies “social/mental health needs of Delaware residents and facilities the provision of services to address those needs”. Representatives of both organizations told members of the Foundation Board of the many wonderful things they do for the community, and they were extremely thankful for the support.
The Del-One Foundation has raised and will donate $58,000 to local charities in 2022.
