The Del-One Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Dan McCarthy as President & CEO of Del-One Federal Credit Union. Dan had been serving in the role of Interim President and CEO since December of 2023, and had previously served as Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Administrative Officer since joining the credit union in 2019. Prior to Del-One, Dan served in other executive roles at the Buccini/Pollin Group and other financial and real estate firms. Outside of Del-One, Dan serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Delaware Hospice, and resides in Clayton, DE, with his wife, Kate, and three boys, Danny, Tucker, and Max.
