What is Digital ID? This is a feature in Online Banking that eliminates the need for additional verification steps while on a call with a representative. A Digital ID push notification will be sent to your device via the Del-One app. Once received, simply accept the notification to complete the two-factor authentication.

How to Enroll in Digital ID:

Enable Push Notifications for the Del-One app via mobile phone settings
Sign into the Del-One app
Navigate to “settings” then “Digital ID”
Slide toggle next to “Use Digital ID”
