During discussions with Fire Chief Scott Bundek, the commercial lending team at Del-One Federal Credit Union learned that Little Creek Volunteer Fire Company has been serving the community for over 80 years. The company serves a large area, not only with their fire services on land but also through their marine response to the local bay, river and inland waterways.
Through a partnership with VISA, Del-One Federal Credit Union donated $5000 to Little Creek Volunteer Fire Company, utilizing funds reserved for community investments. Del-One FCU President and CEO Dan McCarthy stated, “we are proud to support the Little Creek Volunteer Fire Company and the incredible work they do for our community. Their dedication, courage and commitment to keeping our community safe is truly inspiring. We are grateful for their service and honored to support their mission.
